About Me

A little Background…
Having spent almost 20 years working in the cultural sector, I’ve been fortunate to gain a wide variety of skills and experience grounded in collaboration with organisations and communities. I’m driven by a simple goal: being as helpful as possible. I love to support people as they challenge, develop, build new strategies, and create the world they want to see. My focus is on sharing practical knowledge that builds confidence and gives people the time and the tools to make the changes needed to create that world.

Specialising in:
Project and programme evaluation
Bid writing and critical review
Creative problem solving
Fundraising and evaluation strategy development
Documentation review and development
Stakeholder consultation and co-production
Group and workshop facilitation

I’m proud to say that I have helped small organisations starting out and large established charities alike. I’ve supported emerging professionals and been part of brilliant teams. This diversity in relationships has developed my practice as an evaluator and fundraiser…and generally helped me become a better human!

Over my career I’ve had the honour of being a charity trustee; a board director; a facilitator; researcher; museum curator; committee member; consultant, and a variety of other smaller roles that I wouldn’t be where I am without.

My Mission & Values…
Embedding learning and cultivating curiosity. From project and programme evaluation, to income generation: I support organisations and people to better understand their work, their impact and how to articulate it.

• Honesty with empathy
• Curiosity in all things
• Everything with meaning and purpose*

*Or at least for me…your play and creativity can be joyously
