About Me

My Mission & Values…
To support organisations and communities to better understand themselves and their impact, overcome challenges, and create practical solutions to achieve their goals.
• Honesty with empathy
• Creativity in all things
• Everything with meaning and purpose

A little Background…
Having spent 15 years working in the cultural sector in a variety of roles and consulting on diverse projects, I’ve been fortunate to gain a lot of experience that’s been grounded in coproduction with organisations and communities. My passion is to be as useful as I can to people, so my focus is to provide knowledge with utility wherever possible.

I’m proud to say that I have helped small businesses starting out and large established organisations alike. I’ve supported emerging professionals and been part of brilliant teams. This diversity in client base has developed my practice as an evaluator & bid-writer and generally helped me become a better human!

Over my career I’ve had the honour of being a charity Trustee, sitting on committees for a variety of campaigns and initiatives in Sheffield, been a Board Director, trainer, facilitator, museum Director, consultant and a bunch of other smaller roles that I wouldn’t be where I am without. I’m also the Director and Founder of Green City Heritage, so when I’m not working with clients, you can often find me covered in mud, usually planting a tree or exploring Sheffield’s many natural heritage spaces.

Do get in touch if you have any questions, and you never know, you might end up with a free tree as well!
